After a challenging time, keeping a positive outlook in the classroom is more important than ever. Along with changes brought on by Covid, teachers have no control over mounting paperwork, increasing testing, and confusing and ever-changing technology and expectations. This lack of control can lead to teacher burnout and dissatisfaction.
We use proven methods from positive psychology, established by Martin Seligman in 1996, to help teachers increase job satisfaction and effectiveness in the classroom. Participants in our workshops report that they leave inspired and motivated and that long-term results include: happier and more engaged students and teachers, more productive classrooms, and healthier students, teachers, staff and administrators.

"Thanks so much for your presentation today! You inspired everyone!
Our staff commented on your extensive knowledge and authentic, "real" presentation. As one of our teachers said, "you walked the walk" and were a Master teacher. Your mastery and wealth of experience was certainly evident in your presentation. I look forward to researching the websites and checking out the books you recommended. We all took extensive notes!"
Pam Gallopini, District Music Coordinator, Lawrence Public Schools
"I am still beaming over your presentation!! You have opened my eyes to a new way of thinking which
I will attempt to begin implementing in my daily life!! "
